Booked a room with magnificent views, and the staff were accommodating people from every single staff member. The breakfast was superb, there were amazing coffee and toast.

Overall, my stay at Sonesta was enjoyable. The staff was fantastic, making check-in smooth despite a hiccup with the reservation system. The spacious room was a highlight, and the location was perfect for exploring DC. The customer service could improve, but the helpful cleaning and valet attendants made up for it.

The hotel was in a perfect location, I loved well-designed room and extraordinarily friendly staff. I slept so comfy in the exceptionally comfortable bed. Lots of goodies for breakfast. The facilities were modern and easy to use.

The rooms were spacious and cozy, and the staff were super friendly and helpful. The location was ideal with the Metro close by and plenty of restaurants in the quaint neighborhood. As for relaxation, I enjoyed the serene atmosphere of the spa tub and the cozy robes they provided. The only minor hiccup was a slight delay in getting the robes and slippers delivered, but it was quickly rectified without causing any major issues. 🌟

Welcoming the staff and helping them on various topics, such as practical suggestions on visiting Washington DC as well as contacting other hotels we had booked in other cities for some formalities and making sure everything was registered.

The room that was originally allocated to us was occupied. However, as an apology, the hotel gave us a bigger room, which was very nice.

I recently stayed at Royal Sonesta for a girls weekend getaway. The hotel graciously provided us with adjoining rooms and the rooms themselves were spacious and comfortable, with plenty of seating and a nice TV. The location is great, within walking distance to museums and restaurants. The front staff, including the doorman, bellman, and desk staff, were all excellent. The hotel is very clean and the bed and pillows were very comfortable. The complimentary happy hour and wine voucher were nice touches.

We stayed in Dupont Circle area for 4-5 days, great location with many good options for restaurants and shops nearby. The underground in Dupont Circle was close by to go downtown. Our room was spacious with lots of amenities, including complimentary Wi-Fi and minibar credit. The bed was comfortable and there was a nice soaking tub in the bathroom.
